What is the Welding Procedure
Welding, also known as welding, is a manufacturing process and technique for joining metals or other thermoplastic materials, such as plastics, by heating, heat or pressure. Welding through the following three ways to achieve the purpose of bonding:
1, welding - to heat the parts to be joined so that the partial melting of molten pool, the pool after cooling and solidification will join, if necessary, can be added to fill support, it is suitable for a variety of metals and alloys welding, without pressure.
2, pressure welding - the welding process must exert pressure on the weldment, belonging to a variety of metal materials and some metal materials processing.
3, brazing - the use of metal materials than the base metal melting point as a solder, the use of liquid solder to wet the base metal filler to fill the gap, and mutual diffusion with the parent metal to achieve the link weldment. Suitable for a variety of welding materials, but also for different metals or dissimilar materials welding.
Modern welding has many sources of energy, including gas flame, electric arc, laser, electron beam, friction and ultrasound. In addition to being used in the factory, welding can also be carried out in a variety of environments, such as in the wild, underwater and in space. Wherever welding can be dangerous to the operator, proper precautions must be taken during welding. Welding to the human body may cause injuries including burns, electric shock, visual impairment, inhalation of toxic gases, ultraviolet radiation and so on.
